Solid Steel Construction

The walls are designed with solid steel construction to accommodate fluctuating kettle temperatures.  The kettle is powder-coated for durability.

Front Caster

The RY10 Crack Fill Melter uses upper and lower bearings with grease fittings for greater resistance to abuse caused by vertical and horizontal force during operation.

150,000 BTU Torch

The removable 150,000 BTU Torch melts crackfiller quickly. Pull the torch out to burn off vegetation you might have missed while preparing the surface.

Glycerine-Filled Thermometer

Our unique Glycerin filled thermometer is highly resistant to damage caused by constant vibrations during regular use, which ensures a reliable temperature reading every time.

Forged Steel Axles

Forged, Heat-Treated Steel Axles with blended metal bushings are less reactive to the kettle’s changing temperatures. You get a smooth, easy-to-maneuver machine.

Why not use bearings instead? The extreme heat and vibration and of the machine, and the constant contact, leads to speedy breakdown of bearings, so we use bushings instead.
