Shipping & Delivery

Shipping – Under 150lbs
All orders less than 150lbs will ship by FedEx or Canada Post. Orders received Monday-Friday before 3pm eastern time are always processed same day. If you have chosen standard or ground shipping please allow 1-3 business days for your item to arrive.

Shipping – Over 150lbs
All orders more than 150lbs which are outside our local delivery area will ship by Fedex Freight, Vitran or Day & Ross. We will shop to find the most competitive freight quote automatically in order to save you money. Orders received by 5pm Monday to Friday are processed the next day. If you require same day shipment, please call us at 1-855-382-9611 and we’ll do our best to assist you with rush shipping.

Shipping Quotes

All custom shipping quotes are time-sensitive and are valid for 48 hours due to policies of freight carriers. RynoWorx reserves the right to adjust shipping quotes after this time period when required.

In-Store Pick Up

You are welcome to pick up your order at your local RynoWorx store. Please schedule a pick up time during the checkout process or by calling 1-855-382-9611 to make sure we have your order on hand. Scheduling your pick up in advance also allows us to prepare your order for faster processing when you arrive.

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. We guarantee we will not rent or sell your personally-identifiable information to any third parties. We use SSL encryption to protect anywhere your personal information is stored on our site.

Returns & Exchanges

You may Return or Exchange any unused item(s) to us within 45 days from the payment date. Please note that line paint, sealer and equipment that has had product run through it is non-refundable. Refunds will be given as in-store credit for items returned after 15 days from the payment date.


All exchanges or returns as a result of our error will be free of charge to the buyer. We will incur the return shipping costs as well as the cost of replacing with the correct or new merchandise.

In the event an exchange occurs resulting from a buyer changing their mind, or ordering the incorrect part by mistake, the buyer will be responsible for any return or replacement shipping costs.

Payment, Pricing & Taxes


We accept and prefer payment through PayPal. If you do not have a paypal account, you may sign up by visiting Paypal.com. Signing up takes just a couple minutes and makes it easy and safe to purchase online.

Credit Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Debit)

We also accept payment over the phone or at any RynoWorx location with Visa, MasterCard or Debit. If you wish to pay with your credit card over the phone, please contact us by calling 1-855-382-9611. If you don’t reach us be sure to leave a voicemail with your contact details, best time to call and someone will return your call as soon as possible to accept payment.

*We are only able to accept payments over the phone Monday-Saturday between 8am-4pm eastern time. We apologize that we are not able to accept payments over the phone on Sundays or Holidays.


All Canadian Buyers must ad their Provincial GST or HST rate to the complete the order. Please see the list below to see your provinces tax rate:

Release of Liability

Persons purchasing RynoWorx Products and Equipment hereby agree Action Seal is held harmless from any claims of injury or death that may arise to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of our equipment and components may involve certain risks and hazards, primarily from improper use, which may result in personal injury or death. By using the equipment and products you acknowledge you have read in full all the instructions for the items in advance of operation and have contacted us with any unanswered questions.

By using our products you agree to personally assume and accept any and all risks of injury or other. RynoWorx shall be held harmless from any liability or claim therein, and you agree to expressly release all Action Seal employees, owners, agents, delivery personnel, suppliers and representatives from any and all liability regarding injury, property damage, death, negligence and the like regarding use of equipment sold by the company as well as the transportation of said equipment.

Upon acceptance of equipment sold by RynoWorx, the Buyer assumes all risks of injury, property damage or death with regard to transporting the equipment from one location to another, lifting the equipment or moving it in anyway. Equipment Buyers assume responsible for proper maintenance of their purchased equipment and understand failure to perform maintenance tasks such as add oil to motors, failing to check tire pressure on trailers, failure to regularly check ball valves, fittings, nuts and bolts, failure to check torch fittings, failure to check hoses for cuts and splits, splits,and similar ongoing maintenance items, may cause the equipment to become dangerous to operate.

Any modification made to the equipment by the Buyer not only voids the manufacture warranty but may also make the equipment unsafe to operate.

Use of the petroleum or oil-based asphalt sealer will void the warranty on our spray systems. Purchasers must contact the sealant company to guarantee compatibility with our type of pump system if they wish to use sealer other than that which is sold by RynoWorx
